Overview
Consultations:
There is no refund for consultation and delivery of IP contracts.
Physical Products:
Our refund and returns policy for hard copy books is 7 calendar days.
Digital Products:
There is no refund for digital products.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 7 calendar days after delivery
Refunds
Once the buyer’s return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify the buyer that we have received the returned item. We will also notify of the approval or rejection of the refund based on the criteria that determines whether the product is returnable.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the buyer’s credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, depending on the payment source.
Late or missing refunds
If the buyer has not received a refund yet, the buyer may:
- check with your financial institution or payment provider
- It may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
- If buyer has exhausted all avenues and has not received the refund yet, please contact us at contact@scrybelex.com.
No refund on sales
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for a similar product, send us an email at contact@scrybelex.com.
Shipping costs are to be borne by the shipper of the returned item.
Shipping returns
To return the product, the buyer should reach out by email at contact@scrybelex.com to confirm the ship-to address.
The buyer will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the buyer receives a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
Depending on where the buyer is located, shipping times vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, the buyer may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
